INGREDIENTS
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dill pickles, drained and finely chopped
1 jar (2.5 ounces) dried beef, finely chopped
Assorted crackers or fresh veggies, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add the sour cream and beat until smooth.
Stir in pickles and beef.
Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
